This jug of Pure Maple Syrup is made right here on slopes of the Helderberg Mountains.  This syrup contains nothing but the pure sap from Hard Sugar Maples that has been
collected in a state of the art, sealed tubing system, and
boiled down in the traditional manner on a wood fired evaporator.  Just to make one quart takes over 10 gallons of maple sap.
