Tasty Recipes Cinnamon-Honey Frosting 1 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature 1 Tbsp Stakich Cinnamon Enriched Raw Honey Use Stakich Cinnamon Enriched Raw Honey to add some spice to this simple frosting recipe. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer, beat confectioners' sugar, unsalted butter, honey, and ground cinnamon until smooth, 4 to 5 minutes. Tastes great on cupcakes! Roasted Sweet Potatoes 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/4 cup Stakich Cinnamon Enriched Raw Honey Salt, black pepper and ground cinnamon (optional) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lay the sweet potatoes out in a single layer on a roasting tray. Drizzle the oil, honey, salt and pepper over the potatoes. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes in oven or until tender. If desired, sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon before serving and enjoy! Great when paired with goat cheese, dried cranberries or walnuts. Overnight Oats 1 1/2 cups oats 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp Stakich Cinnamon Enriched Raw Honey 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup water Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and water in a large glass container. Stir well until mixed. Cover and store in the fridge overnight. Top with diced apple, banana or your favorite berries.
