Mansfield Maple Organic Gin Barrel Aged Vermont Maple Syrup

Good things come to those who wait.  We've partnered with a small craft distillery located just outside of Chicago to combine two passions:  Organic pure maple syrup and fine spirits.  As the maple syrup rests in previously used charred oak barrels it mingles with the spirit that once resided within.
This syrup has a history.  We've aged it in barrels that were previously used for aging gin, and before that, bourbon.  It has been touched by two spirits and while the kiss from bourbon is subtle, the gin engages, imparting it's lovely tones of fennel, spice and juniper.
