McGrew Equipment accepts PayPal Payments through eBay for amounts of 00 or LESS. We are NOT equipped to process credit card payments on eBay! If you prefer to pay with a credit card, please call us (717) 428-0922 so we can assist you. Please be advised that credit card transactions are charged a 3% administration fee. Due to our multiple entities, we are required to collect sales tax from the following states:
Pennsylvania (6%)
Maryland (6%)
New Jersey (6.625%)
This also applies to all items picked up on site at any of our locations. If you are purchasing a piece of equipment for farm use or other reason that would excuse you from paying sales tax, in some cases a tax exemption form may be filled out. Please contact us for more details.
Payment in full is due within 7 days from purchase date.  All items purchased from us can remain at our location for 30 days after purchase date without incurring any additional charges.  However, if an item remains at our location for more than 90 days, the item will be sold to recover storage costs and the original purchaser will not receive any of the proceeds.  Nonpayment will result in negative feedback.

We DO NOT offer free shipping. If you need this item to be shipped, we are happy to assist you. We strongly recommend you contact us for a shipping quote PRIOR TO BUYING. Not knowing/understanding the cost of shipping an item is not an acceptable excuse for neglecting to pay. If you plan on setting up your own third-party shipping for a palletized shipment, please be advised that you may be charged additional fees ranging from .00-.00 per pallet. In some rare cases, fees may be higher.
If you are arranging your own shipping, please be sure to forward all
necessary
documents to us. We will NOT release any equipment without proper documents! This policy protects you as well as us.
If you get a shipping quote from us directly, your price will not change and is guaranteed.  Please be advised that if an item is deemed unfit to be palletized, it will need to be shipped through alternate means via flatbed, step deck, etc. Please contact us for any questions/concerns.
As always, all items can also be picked up at our location by the purchaser or an authorized representative. We have several loaders and lifts on-site and a loading dock with several different heights. Our loading hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm. We advise you to call our location at 888-311-2811 to make pickup arrangements so that we can have the item ready when you arrive. We require any person picking up an item, especially a third-party, to have appropriate documents / information when doing so. Please be sure to provide your driver with a paid invoice of the item(s) being picked up and a bill of lading (if applicable). Persons picking up any item(s) may be asked to show I.D. for security purposes. We do not disclose or share any personal information.
Returns
In most cases, we will accept return of any item up to one week after it is shipped. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping. Once we receive a returned item and determine that it is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped, we will issue a refund to the buyer's account.
If we make a mistake with any item we list, or if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us before leaving any negative feedback!
