This is a Hoover SteamVac Supreme Dirty Water Recovery Tank & Cap. This was sourced from a working F5837-900 model, but also fits other SteamVac models of that era including F5862-900 Deluxe models. This also fits numerous other models, but these are they only 3 we have personally verified. Please see photos and confirm this is the correct fit for your Hoover, if you have nay questions please ask. This is in Good used condition with some normal wear from prior use.
