    Description

    Our family has been making pure maple syrup for over 20 years on the slopes of the Appalachian mountains in Northwest Pennsylvania.  The glacial soil and temperate climate in this region give our hard maple trees one of the best habitats in the world to produce high quality sap which we harvest and boil into pure maple syrup every spring.
    We use fresh ginger root to create a sophisticated harmony between the maple and ginger flavors, subtle sweetness with the zing of ginger.
