    Comment = First this stamp has virtually no margins and for me such are stamps imposible to grade. By definition a VF is not perfectly centered or we would not have the following grades all with better centering than VF: VF-XF, XF, XF-SUP, SUP and Perfect. I guess when one comes right down to it a VF is not really that good.
    Second when you have "typical" margins it is easier to say that the two widest margins on this stamp would require a grade of Fine when on a stamp with typical margins. Yet if all four sides were as wide this stamp's widest margins the stamp would grade VF. So now we have a stamp whose two widest margins are basically narrow how narrow do the other margins have to be for this stamp to grade Fine aand how much wider to grade F-VF?
    For valuation purposes I am grading this stamp a Fine although I believe it is better than that.
    Overall a pleasing example of this used stamp.
