Pear is often overlooked as a flavor for most things, no longer is that the case. Organically grown Bartlett Pears from our orchard are combined with 3 spices, well water and organic natural evaporated cane sugar to make this wonderful syrup. Great with a little bourbon or on pork chops, you're going to like this ....a lot!
This syrup is made in small batches on our farm in
Ohio
and in our state-licensed commercial kitchen. We use no artificial colors or flavors and certainly no corn syrup. We also add a small amount of maple syrup to each batch adding an additional flavor profile and finishing this syrup to be the
