African Headress Mali Antique Sculpture

Description

This is a very rare and beautiful African headdress, as they were usually destroyed after a ceremony.  It is in very good condition, but some of the earrings are missing.  It was purchased as a very old headdress in 1979, but I do not recall all of the details of its origin.  There is still a sticker on the bottom, and the original sales receipt shown here, so hopefully you can decipher some of the details.
It measures 24" x 12" x 4" and weighs just over 2 pounds.
