V-Flange CAT 40 is production balanced to high speed spindle turning and meet standard industrial needs. Hardened and ground to ensure maximum accuracy. Through spindle coolant capability from pull stud to collets.
When using ER collets you must snap the collet into the chucks nut first and then screw the nut/collet on to the holder together. Dropping the collet into the holder and screwing the nut on is improper and will ruin the tools.

RETURN
