This is a heavy duty USA made rim with a valve stem protection shield.
8 lug rims have a 6" pilot hole - Lug holes are 8" across on center -
This is a 17.5X10.5X8 rim for a 14X17.5 tire - rims are 12" wide overall - 17 1/2" diameter
Rims weigh 65 pounds each - center disc is 3/8" thick.
offset measurements...6 1/2" on valve stem side - 5" if measuring from inside
