Bawo & Dotter Austria Pink Rose Blue Floral Turquoise & Gold 8 3/4 Inch Plate<br>Pretty scalloped edge porcelain luncheon plate. Decorated with a gold gilt floral scrollwork medallion in the center. With a border of pink roses and blue forget me not garlands framed by bands of gold and dark turquoise. The turquoise bands have gold gilt overlay designs. Marked on the reverse in red with a crown over wings and Austria.This is considered an unidentified mark. However, I have had examples of this exact pattern with an Imperial Crown Austria mark which was used by Bawo & Dotter in Austria between 1884 and 1914.<br>Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.<br>Measures approximately 8 3/4 inches wide.<br>This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display of the piece.<br>I have 6 luncheon plates available.
